Cult Food Science Corp., an innovator in lab-grown meat and cellular agriculture, has launched a non-brokered private placement offering aiming to raise up to $2.5 million through the sale of units at $0.25 each. Each unit comprises a share and a purchase warrant, with the proceeds intended to promote their subsidiary Further Foods Inc.’s brand Noochies! for marketing, working capital, and general corporate purposes. The CEO, Mitchell Scott, expressed confidence in the Noochies! brand’s potential to lead the sustainable pet-food market and expand the company’s operations.
