CULT Food Science Corp., a leader in lab-grown meat and cellular agriculture, has announced an extension for its non-brokered private placement offering to attract more investors. The first tranche has successfully closed, raising C$1,426,500, and the second tranche will remain open until September 6, 2024. Proceeds from this fundraising effort will support marketing for its subsidiary’s flagship brand, Noochies!, along with providing working capital and general corporate funds.
