Cullen/Frost Bankers Announces Executive Leadership Transition

Jerry Salinas is set to retire from his roles at Cullen Frost Bankers, Inc., effective December 31, 2024. Dan Geddes will succeed him as Group Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer starting January 1, 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from various positions within the company since 1997. Additionally, Matt Henson will take over as Chief Accounting Officer on the same date, leveraging his expertise since 2003 and his background in public accounting. Neither appointment involves family ties or reportable related party transactions.
