CuFe Limited (AU:CUF) has released an update.
CuFe Ltd has announced the application for quotation of 93.75 million options, exercisable at $0.025 each and expiring on June 13, 2027. An Appendix 2A containing the distribution schedule and a list of the top 20 holders of these options, who collectively hold 55% of the options, has been released. The detailed terms and conditions for these listed options are outlined in the company’s Options Prospectus dated June 6, 2024.
