Cuentas (CUEN) has shared an announcement.
Cuentas Inc. has finalized a Termination Agreement with Interactive Communications International, Inc. (InComm), effectively ending their Processing Services Agreement from 2019. InComm has waived a substantial debt owed by Cuentas, and as part of the agreement’s terms, will destroy all unused Prepaid Products related to the discontinued program. Despite this, Cuentas will continue its relationship with InComm through existing Digital Content and Distribution Agreements, focusing on markets such as transportation, bodega, and cellular services.
