CUC Inc. has announced that its subsidiary, Noah Konzer Co., Ltd., will sell and lease back 14 of its facilities in Sapporo, Hokkaido, as part of a strategy to enhance asset efficiency. This move is expected to generate a capital gain of 100 million yen for the company, with the transaction involving Pj SNOW, LLC, a fund supported by CUC and other investors.
