CUC Inc. has finalized the details for the issuance of its 6th series of stock options, with a total of 839 units corresponding to 83,900 common shares. The stock options are priced at 58,700 yen each, based on fair value, and upon exercise, the value of property contributed will be 162,200 yen per option. The options will be distributed among directors and corporate officers of CUC and its subsidiaries.
