CUC Inc. has finalized the details for their 7th issuance of stock options, which will allocate a total of 4,904 units (equivalent to 490,400 common shares) across directors, corporate officers, and employees of both CUC and its subsidiaries. The distribution includes 736 units to 3 CUC directors, 1,713 units to 4 corporate officers, and smaller allotments to directors and officers of subsidiary companies, as well as to employees of CUC and its subsidiaries.
