CUC Inc. has resolved to issue stock options to its directors, corporate officers, and employees, aiming to boost motivation and consequently improve business performance and enterprise value. The options will be offered at a fair price without requiring shareholder approval, with the exercise price set at 1,537 yen per option and the issue price at 1,300 yen. A total of 5,302 stock options will be available, potentially resulting in 530,200 common shares.
