CubicFarm Systems Corp., an agricultural technology firm, has been hit with a cease trade order by the BCSC due to the company’s delay in filing its annual and interim financial documents. The order restricts trading and purchasing of the company’s securities in Canada, with certain exceptions for sales through foreign regulated markets by non-insiders. CubicFarms is actively working to complete the overdue filings and plans to submit them by July 26, 2024.
