CubicFarm Systems Corp., a leader in local chain agricultural technology, has announced an extension for the closing of the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, aiming to raise up to C$2.5 million through the issuance of units consisting of common shares and warrants. The private placement is expected to close by March 15, 2024, with funds directed towards the company’s innovative indoor farming technology that supports sustainable livestock feed production.
