CStone Pharmaceuticals has announced a reshuffle in its corporate secretarial team, with Ms. Ho Yin Kwan resigning from her role as the joint company secretary and other key corporate positions, effective June 18, 2024. Ms. Yung Mei Yee will take over the responsibilities, and Ms. Ni Weicong will continue as the other joint company secretary. Additionally, the company has secured a waiver from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, allowing them to deviate from certain listing rules concerning the appointment of company secretaries until January 17, 2026.
