CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (Group) Company Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Chen Shuofan from his roles as Supervisor and Chairman due to work rearrangement, effective 2 August 2024, with his departure not affecting the Supervisory Committee’s operations. Following this, Mr. Xu Wanxu has been proposed as the new Supervisor, pending shareholder approval at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting. Mr. Xu boasts a distinguished career with experience in various military and corporate roles, currently serving as chairman of the supervisory committee of a publicly listed company.
