CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (Group) Company Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Zhang Junxiong from his positions as a Director and member of the Strategy Committee due to retirement. The company confirmed that Zhang’s departure does not reflect any disagreements or issues requiring shareholder attention and will not affect the Board’s operations.
