CSR Limited has announced that Julie Ann Coates, Director, will experience a shift in her stock holdings following the effective Scheme of Arrangement on June 19, 2024. All restrictions on Ms. Coates’ CSR Restricted Shares will be lifted, with both restricted and unrestricted shares previously held by custodians transferred directly to her, resulting in a direct interest of 1,754,523 ordinary shares post-change.
