Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional has announced an extension of its exclusivity rights until at least July 31, 2024, for the potential acquisition of InterCement, with a further extension possible until August 12, 2024, if terms continue to be actively negotiated. While the company remains interested in the acquisition, no binding commitment has been made as of yet.
