Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional has announced an extension of its exclusive negotiation rights for the potential acquisition of InterCement until October 16, 2024, with an automatic extension possibility until November 16, 2024, should certain conditions be met. The company remains interested in the acquisition but has not yet entered into any binding agreements.
