CSI Properties Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 28, 2024, at the Conrad Hong Kong, where shareholders will review the company’s audited financial statements, re-elect directors, and consider authorizing the board to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s shares. Key agenda items include the potential re-election of executive and independent non-executive directors, as well as the re-appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as auditors.
