CSE Global Limited has announced a settlement of US$8 million with a claimant over arbitration proceedings related to project delays by its subsidiary, Hankin Environmental Systems, Inc. The delays were attributed to supply chain disruptions from the COVID-19 pandemic and design changes requested by the claimant. This settlement is expected to significantly impact the company’s financials for the year ending 31 December 2024.
