CSE Global Limited has announced significant changes to its board and committees following its FY2023 Annual General Meeting, including the retirement of Mr Lim Ming Seong as Independent Director and Board Chairman, and the appointment of Mr Tan Teck Koon as Acting Board Chairman. New appointments also ensure continued independence and diversity on the Board, with Mr Tan Chian Khong stepping in as Acting Lead Independent Director, among other key changes.
