CSC Holdings Limited has successfully closed its Series 002 SDAX Issuance, raising S$6.62 million, a 32.4% increase from its previous issuance. The 3-month digital commercial papers attracted strong investor demand, including significant subscriptions from the company’s directors and related parties. These securities will be listed on the SDAX Platform and are set to mature in June 2024.
