CSC Holdings Limited has announced a joint venture with X-Max Pte Ltd, forming a new company in Singapore focused on the trading, rental, and maintenance of construction and engineering equipment. The joint venture, THL Foundation International Pte Ltd, is backed by a S$280,000 investment, with CSC Holdings’ subsidiary THLFE holding a 55% share and X-Max holding the remaining 45%. This strategic move is anticipated to leverage the strengths of both companies in the construction equipment sector.
