CSC Holdings Limited has announced significant boardroom changes, with the resignation of Mr. Tan Hup Foi as an Independent Non-Executive Director and various committee roles following the company’s Annual General Meeting. He will be succeeded by Dr. Steve Lai Mun Fook, who will take over as Independent Director and chair the Remuneration Committee, in addition to serving on other committees. The board also appointed Dr. Leong Horn Kee as the new Chairman of the Nominating Committee, signaling a refreshed leadership structure.
