Crown Point Energy Inc. is on track to acquire full working interest in the Piedra Clavada and Koluel Kaike hydrocarbon exploitation concessions in Argentina, with the transaction expected to close in May 2024 pending regulatory and provincial approvals. The company’s shares will resume trading after a temporary halt, following the completion of a required independent reserves report by RPS Group, Inc. This report reveals the estimated reserves and future net revenue of the concessions, assuming necessary development funding is secured.
