Crown Holdings to Issue €600M in Senior Unsecured Notes

Crown Holdings (CCK) just unveiled an update.

Crown Holdings, Inc. plans to issue €600 million in senior unsecured notes through its subsidiary, Crown European Holdings S.A., targeting qualified institutional buyers and international investors in a private placement. The proceeds will be used to redeem the company’s 2.625% senior notes due September 2024 and cover related expenses. These notes will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act and cannot be sold in the U.S. without appropriate registration or exemption.
