Crown Castle Inc. announced the retirement of its EVP and COO–Towers, Michael J. Kavanagh, after 14 years of service, effective October 28, 2024, with an advisory role continuing until year-end. Catherine Piche, with a rich background in telecommunications and previous leadership roles at Crown Castle and other industry giants, has been appointed as the new EVP and COO–Towers. Her compensation includes a $550,000 annual salary and roughly $1,200,000 in restricted stock units, alongside eligibility for the company’s annual incentive plan, and she has entered into a severance agreement with standard non-compete clauses.
