Crown Capital has announced proposed amendments to the terms of their debentures, including an extension of the maturity date and changes to the interest rate and payment schedule. In addition, they are offering a cash incentive for debentureholders to vote on these resolutions and have provided security for debenture repayment by charging their assets in favor of the Indenture Trustee.
