Crossword Cybersecurity Plc has announced a delay in publishing their half year accounts for the period ending 30 June 2024, missing the AIM Rules for Companies deadline. Consequently, the company’s shares will be suspended from trading on the AIM market starting 1 October 2024, with an anticipated resumption following the accounts’ publication by 31 October 2024.
