Crossword Cybersecurity Plc has announced a delay in the publication of its half-year accounts, initially due by 30 September 2024, due to recent changes in senior finance personnel and a significant cost reduction program that led to redundancies. The company cites the inability to allocate sufficient short-term resources to prepare the accounts on time and now expects to release the interim results by 31 October 2024.
