CROSSTEC Group Holdings Limited announced the resignation of BDO as its auditor due to a disagreement over audit fees and has appointed CL Partners CPA Limited as the new auditor effective 29 July 2024. The company’s board and audit committee believe the change will not affect the annual audit’s material impact and will enhance audit cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
