Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust is set to undergo significant changes in its board composition, with the appointment of Jaume Sabater and Yovav Carmi as Non-Independent Non-Executive Directors, replacing Jonathan Callaghan and Ooi Eng Peng, effective from December 24, 2024. The board will maintain a balanced structure with half of its directors being independent, ensuring diverse perspectives in decision-making.
