Croma Security Solutions Receives £1.76M Post-Disposal

Croma Security Solutions (GB:CSSG) has released an update.

Croma Security Solutions Group PLC has announced the receipt of £1.76 million as part of the deferred consideration from selling Vigilant Security (Scotland) Limited, a transaction first reported in June 2023. The payment includes £1.3 million from redeemable shares and the second of ten quarterly instalments for loan note repayments. This financial boost is part of a planned series of payments following the divestment.
