Croda’s Ian Bull Expands Role at Dunelm Group

Croda International (GB:CRDA) has released an update.

Croda International has announced that its Non-Executive Director Ian Bull will take on an additional leadership role as Senior Independent Director at Dunelm Group plc starting from 21 November 2024. Bull is already serving as Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at Dunelm, as well as holding the position of Senior Independent Director at Domino’s Pizza Group Plc. No further details are required to be disclosed under the UK Listing Authority’s rules.
