Croda International Plc has announced the appointment of Stephen Oxley as the new Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, effective no later than 1 April 2025. Oxley, who comes from a CFO role at Johnson Matthey Plc and has a background with KPMG, is expected to bring extensive strategic and operational expertise to the role. In the interim, Anthony Fitzpatrick will serve as the CFO, leveraging his deep understanding of Croda, until Oxley’s transition into the company.
