Crocodile Garments Limited has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on October 30, 2024, in Hong Kong, where shareholders will vote on a resolution to consolidate every twenty shares of the company into one. This stock consolidation is subject to the approval of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and aims to streamline the company’s share structure. Shareholders unable to attend can appoint proxies, and share transfers will be frozen from October 25 to 30 for the purpose of determining voting eligibility.
