Critical Resources Ltd ( (AU:CRR) ) just unveiled an update.
Critical Resources has launched a field exploration program at the Corona Pegmatite Field, about 4 km north of its Mavis Lake Main Zone deposit in Ontario. The target lies within the same LCT pegmatite corridor as the existing 8.0 Mt at 1.07% Li2O resource and covers an interpreted 5 km trend where pegmatites up to 70 m wide have been mapped, but modern lithium-focused work has been limited.
An experienced crew is conducting systematic prospecting, mapping and geochemical sampling over roughly two weeks, aiming to generate high-priority drill targets for the company’s 2026 exploration campaign. The program, underpinned by integrated geophysical and geochemical datasets, is intended to expand Mavis Lake’s drill pipeline and support its evolution from a single-deposit asset into a potential multi-deposit lithium district, reinforcing Critical Resources’ broader downstream-focused strategy.
