Critical Resources Limited has requested an immediate trading halt on its securities pending an announcement about a capital raising initiative. The trading halt, compliant with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, will remain in effect until the earlier of two events: the commencement of normal trading on 14 August 2024, or the release of the capital raising announcement to the market.
