Critical Resources Ltd has announced the resignation of director Alex Cheeseman, effective as of June 7, 2024. Prior to his departure, Cheeseman held indirect interests via his spouse in 13 million Performance Rights and 5.275 million Ordinary Fully Paid Shares, which ceased following his resignation. Additionally, the Cheesemans have a direct interest in 845,000 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares through Kanimbla Solutions Pty Ltd.
