The latest announcement is out from Critical Resources Ltd ( (AU:CRR) ).
Critical Resources Limited has launched a non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer of loyalty options to eligible shareholders, issuing one CRRAC option for every ten existing shares at an issue price of $0.001 to raise up to approximately $319,410. The loyalty options, which the company plans to seek quotation for on ASX, are exercisable at $0.008 and expire on 23 April 2028, and existing optionholders must first exercise their options into shares before the record date if they wish to participate.
The offer is limited to eligible shareholders in Australia and, subject to restrictions, New Zealand, and it is not underwritten, meaning the final amount raised may be less than the maximum target. The move provides an opportunity for current investors to increase their exposure to the company’s future growth at a low entry price, potentially strengthening its capital base as it advances its critical metals and battery technology-focused projects.
