Robert Martin, a director at Critical Resources Limited, has increased his indirect holdings in the company through on-market trades, purchasing 800,000 and 135,000 ordinary shares at $4,800 and $810 respectively. Following these acquisitions, his total holdings across various entities, including the Martin Family Account and E Street Investments, now amount to 11,603,390 ordinary shares. No securities were disposed of, and these transactions did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
