Critical Resources Ltd ( (AU:CRR) ) has provided an update.

Critical Resources has reported laboratory validation of its amorphous solid-state electrolyte, developed with the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology under the U.S. CEPS framework, showing stable operation over 1,200 hours at room temperature and strong lithium-metal interface stability. The electrolyte achieved room-temperature ionic conductivity and demonstrated functional performance in a full solid-state cell, helping to address key failure modes such as electrolyte instability and interface degradation, and materially de-risking the company’s integrated solid-state battery evaluation program alongside its Dry Supersonic Deposition initiative.

These results move the electrolyte program from theoretical feasibility to lab-validated performance, strengthening Critical Resources’ technical position in solid-state battery development. By targeting both materials performance and manufacturing complexity at an early stage, the company aims to build a more robust foundation for future commercialisation efforts, which could enhance its standing in the rapidly evolving advanced battery sector and provide stakeholders with a clearer line of sight on technology risk reduction.

The most recent analyst rating on (AU:CRR) stock is a Hold with a A$0.01 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Critical Resources Ltd stock, see the AU:CRR Stock Forecast page.
