The company also noted changes in relevant interests, including the registered holder of shares, IGS Capital Pty Ltd, now holding 4,611,569 shares with a 6.40% voting power. Certain associates, including members of the McClure family and associated trusts, are no longer deemed to have a relevant interest under the Corporations Act.
