Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. ( (TSE:CTTT) ) has shared an update.
Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. has entered an equal joint venture to co-develop and commercialise an Arctic-ready version of its Nexus autonomous mobile communications platform. The partnership includes establishing a British Columbia facility to support system integration and Arctic testing, with CiTech contributing a Nexus unit and engineering support to create new intellectual property around Arctic readiness and sensor integration.
The new Arctic Nexus platform is aimed at enabling communications, monitoring and operations in remote northern environments, targeting defence and industrial users across North America.
