Nicholas Luigi Cernotta, a director of Critica Limited, has increased his indirect holdings in the company, acquiring 1,514,764 ordinary shares and 3,318,452 share rights, issued in lieu of director fees and superannuation contributions. The new acquisitions bring Cernotta’s indirect share count to 6,777,922, along with maintaining a holding of 30,000,000 unlisted options. These transactions are part of a compensation plan approved by shareholders, with share rights vesting quarterly and subject to the company’s stock volume-weighted average price.
