Crew Energy Inc. has been successfully acquired by Tourmaline Oil Corp., with Crew shareholders receiving 0.114802 Tourmaline shares for each Crew share held. The Crew shares are expected to be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange within a few days, and shareholders must comply with deposit instructions to receive their new shares.
