Cresud Sociedad Anónima has announced that on July 17, 2024, it will commence the payment of the second interest installment on its Series XLIII Variable Rate Notes, which were issued in January 2024 with a principal amount of ARS 19,886,023,585 due 2025. The annual nominal interest rate is 42.1729%, with a payable amount of ARS 2,090,884,023.24. Noteholders registered by July 16, 2024, will be eligible for the interest payment.
