Cresud Sociedad Anónima has announced a sizable cash dividend of ARS 45 billion, equating to over 7.5% of share capital, to be distributed to shareholders from November 7, 2024. Shareholders will receive ARS 75.27 per share and ARS 752.73 for each American Depositary Share. The dividend distribution is subject to a 7% withholding tax.
