Cresud Sociedad Anónima, Comercial, Inmobiliaria, Financiera y Agropecuaria has successfully sold a portion of its ‘Los Pozos’ farm, amounting to 3,630 hectares for $2.23 million, with over half already paid and the remainder due in September 2025. The transaction resulted in a significant gain for the company, which will be reflected in the first quarter of fiscal 2025’s financial statements.
