Cresud Sociedad Anónima Comercial, Inmobiliaria, Financiera y Agropecuaria has reported that holders of certain warrants exercised their rights to purchase additional shares, leading to 2,283,822 new ordinary shares being registered and an influx of USD 982,729 for the company. This share issuance increased Cresud’s total shares from 596,355,320 to 598,639,142, while the number of outstanding warrants decreased accordingly.
