Cresud Sociedad Anónima, Comercial, Inmobiliaria, Financiera y Agropecuaria has successfully issued Series XLVI Notes worth USD 28.6 million in the local capital markets. The notes come with a 1.50% interest rate, with interest payments due semiannually and principal to be paid in full at maturity on July 18, 2027.
